My order hasn`t arrived yet. Where is it?

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly. If your order hasn't arrived yet, please follow these steps to track its status:

1) Check Your Order Confirmation message:
Start by checking the confirmation message you received when you placed your order. This message typically contains a tracking number.

2) Track Your Order:
Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation message to check the current status of your order on the courier's website. This will give you real-time information on the location and estimated delivery time of your order.

3) Allow for Processing Time:
Sometimes, there might be a delay in processing your order before it is shipped. Check the estimated processing time mentioned on the product page or in your order confirmation message/email. If the processing time has passed, and your order is still not shipped, contact our customer support. Normally our order processing time is 30 minutes to 1 day.

4) Check Delivery Address:
Ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate. Sometimes, delays can occur if there are issues with the address or if the courier is unable to locate it.

5) Check for Delivery Attempts:
If the courier was unable to deliver your package, they may have left a delivery attempt notice. You can then follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we can deliver on public holidays based on situation.

Are you have home delivery option?

Yes, We provide home delivery service based on product weight (Maximum - 30KG) by Courier or own delivery agent.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, product stock depends on client demand. We have restock option for out of stock items subject to client availability.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

It is not sure for all conditions. We use 3rd party delivery service for delivering our orders. They might be delay 1-2 days for your order.
